One-to-one coaching for busy men

Take Back Control.

You've started before. You'll start again — unless the plan around you actually holds up once life gets busy. The Rebuild is a coaching system built for men with careers, families, and no time left to waste on guesswork.

Applications are reviewed personally. Spots are limited by design.
The Problem

"Busy" was never supposed to be permanent.

Somewhere between the promotion, the kids, the travel, and the version of yourself you used to be, training stopped being the priority. That's not a character flaw. That's just what happens when life fills every hour you used to have to spare.

You don't need another program that assumes you have two free hours a day and a meal-prepped kitchen. You need one built around the life you actually have — not the one a generic plan wishes you had.

But at some point, the story has to change, or it doesn't. Direction comes before discipline. You can't out-motivate a plan that was never built for your schedule in the first place.

"This is where you stop starting over."

The Rebuild System

Five pillars. One plan. No guesswork.

Everything in your program traces back to one of these five. Nothing extra, nothing generic.

01

Training

A program built around your schedule, your equipment, and your actual training history — not a template.

02

Nutrition

Targets that fit your life, your food preferences, and your travel — not a meal plan you'll abandon by Thursday.

03

Movement

The activity that happens outside the gym — steps, mobility, daily output — accounted for, not ignored.

04

Recovery

Sleep, stress, and downtime treated as part of the program, because they decide whether the rest of it works.

05

Accountability

A coach who actually looks at your data and calls you on the pattern — before the pattern becomes the outcome.

Coaching

What one-to-one actually includes.

No cohorts, no shared templates. Every element below is built and adjusted around you specifically.

Personalized training program
Personalized nutrition targets
Weekly check-ins
Ongoing progress tracking
Direct communication with your coach
Real-time plan adjustments

About Dalton

"I understand why you're here. Now let's fix this."

I know this exact moment because I've lived it: you're not out of willpower, you're out of a plan that respects your actual life. The version of you that used to have time for this is still in there. He just needs a system built for who you are right now — not who you were before the job, the kids, or the last five years happened.

That's the whole point of The Rebuild. Not another restart. A plan that finally holds up.

FAQ

Practical questions, answered directly.

I've never trained seriously before — can you still coach me?+
Yes. Your program is built from where you actually are, not where you think you should be. Beginners get more built-in instruction and a slower ramp; experienced lifters get more nuance. Either way, the plan starts with your application.
What if I only have a home gym, or no gym at all?+
Your program is built around whatever equipment you actually have access to — full commercial gym, a home rack, or just dumbbells and bands. That's one of the questions in the application, and it directly shapes your training plan.
Do I have to eat a certain way?+
No. Nutrition targets are built around foods you'll actually eat, including your weekend habits, travel, and any allergies or foods you can't stand. This isn't a rigid meal plan — it's a framework that flexes with your life.
What happens when a bad week or work travel throws everything off?+
That's exactly what weekly check-ins are for. The plan adjusts around real weeks, not perfect ones. A rough week doesn't restart the process — it just gets accounted for and adjusted around.
How do we actually stay in touch?+
You'll have direct communication with your coach and a weekly check-in built into your process, so questions and adjustments don't wait a full training cycle to get addressed.
What happens after I submit my application?+
Every application is read in full, personally. If it looks like a fit, you'll hear back within 48 hours with next steps. If you don't hear back, it means the timing or fit isn't right yet — not a reflection of your effort.

Ready to Take Back Control?

The application takes about ten minutes and is the only way to start. It's detailed on purpose — the more I know going in, the better your first plan will be.
